Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. THIS PROGRAM IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. AND CANADIAN LAW (AS APPLICABLE). DO NOT PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ELIGIBILITY: NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. The ANCO® Beam Blade Employee Incentive Promotion (the “Program”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, (i) who are 18 years of age and older and the age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, USA, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories), and (ii) who are actively employed as a salesperson at a participating wholesale distributor of ANCO products (“Employee”) at the time of participation and prize fulfillment. Participants must be Employees in good standing, as determined solely by Federal-Mogul Motorparts LLC (“Sponsor”), throughout the Program and at the time of prize fulfillment. Employees who are no longer employed and/or Employees not considered in good standing by Sponsor at the time of prize fulfillment will forfeit any prize received. Note: It is your sole responsibility to confirm with your employer whether your employer has any policies or restrictions concerning participation in trade programs or the acceptance of trade incentives. To the extent that your participation is restricted or prohibited by your employer, you should not participate in the Program or accept a Reward. Void where prohibited.
PROGRAM PERIOD: The Program begins October 1, 2017 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends November 30, 2017 at 11:59:59 pm ET (“Program Period”).
TO PARTICIPATE: During the Program Period, Employees that make a sale to an individual customer which includes 30-blades of open stock of ANCO Profile, Contour or Winter Extreme™ (“Qualifying Sale”) can record their Qualifying Sale on the tracking cards provided in-store by completing one (1) square for each Qualifying Sale with the invoice number, invoice date and type of 30-blade product sold (a “Tracking Card”). Employees must also retain a copy of the invoice for each Qualifying Sale. Partially completed Tracking Cards with five (5) or more Qualifying Sales will be accepted.. Employees must use a valid Tracking Card provided by Sponsor.
TO REDEEM: For each Qualifying Sale, the Employee will be eligible to receive a (1) $10.00 USD Visa® Prepaid Card (a “Reward”). In order to receive a Reward, the Employee must make a minimum of five (5) Qualifying Sales (five (5) completed squares on a Tracking Card). Submissions of Tracking Cards with less than five (5) completed squares will not be accepted and do not qualify for a Reward. Rewards will be provided in USD on a Visa Prepaid Card. Employees who make twenty (20) Qualifying Sales (one (1) completed Tracking Card) will be eligible to receive a bonus $100 USD Visa Prepaid Reward Card, for a maximum of $300 USD in Rewards per Tracking Card.
To redeem a Tracking Card for a Reward, mail your completed Tracking Card(s) and copies of the supporting invoices for Qualifying Sales, dated October 1 - November 30, 2017, to:

All completed Tracking Cards must be postmarked by November 30, 2017 and received by December 15, 2017 to qualify for a Reward. Original Tracking Cards must be mailed in; copies or mechanical reproductions of Tracking Cards will not be accepted. Invoices must show a Qualifying Sale during the Program Period at a participating wholesale distributor of ANCO products. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail-in redemption requests. Please allow six weeks after receipt and verification to receive your Reward. Rewards may only be retained by Employees upon notice to their employer and in conformity with the employer’s internal policies regarding receipt of Rewards. Reward fulfillment is subject to employers’ internal policies. It is the Employee and his/her employer’s sole and ultimate responsibility to determine how and if any Reward will be distributed or retained internally and Sponsor assumes no responsibility for the decisions made by such employer regarding Rewards.
RESTRICTIONS: Fraudulent submissions or duplicate Tracking Cards will not be honored or acknowledged. No forged or altered Tracking Cards or invoices will be accepted. Incomplete (less than five (5) Qualifying Sales) or illegible Tracking Cards will be considered invalid and ineligible and will not be returned. All materials received become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Employees are responsible for retaining a photocopy of their Tracking Card(s). Offer valid only on Qualifying Sales by eligible Employees to individual consumers; requests from or sales to groups or organizations will not be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards.
All information submitted is subject to verification and may be audited to confirm authenticity. VISA Prepaid Cards are issued by MetaBank™ pursuant to a license from VISA U.S.A. Inc. and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuer. No cash redemption or substitution permitted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Reward with one of equal or greater value if Reward cannot be awarded for any reason. Employees will be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Rewards they receive, regardless of whether the Reward, in whole or in part, is used.
Without limiting any other remedies, Sponsor may suspend or terminate an Employee’s participation in the Program if Sponsor suspects, in its sole discretion that the Employee has engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with this Program. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Program should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Program. As a condition of participation, Employees agree to release the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the Program or to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Reward. By participating in the Program, each Employee acknowledges that he/she understands and has complied with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and French versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall control.
